Delivery Information/Terms

In line with recent changes to United Kingdom customs, David Fischhoff Ltd, unfortunately, has had to pass on the costs imposed by the carriers for the necessary documentation fees which are now government legislation as of 1st January 2021.

David Fischhoff as a business has thoroughly researched these new tariffs and is satisfied that applying them to qualifying orders is sensibly balanced, and supports a fair market.  These changes will in no way affect the high level of customer service David Fischhoff is known for and assures that orders will be delivered with the same care and attention our customers are familiar with.

For Northern Ireland Customs Import Declaration, the charge is £30

For the Republic Of Ireland Customs Export Declaration, the charge is £35

Combined Export/Import Declaration, the charge is £70

*All prices in pounds Sterling

These charges are standard tariff and are subject to change in line with United Kingdom Customs.

Please note that shippers require an Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number (EORI Number) for all goods being shipped to Ireland

Terms & Conditions Apply.  Exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Minimum order value is £100.00.
The minimum for a carriage paid order within mainland UK is £600.00. (ex clearance items)
The minimum for a carriage paid order within Northern Ireland is £1000.00 (ex clearance items)
The minimum for a carriage paid order within Southern Ireland is £1200.00. (ex clearance items)
We advise that Non Carriage Paid Orders containing fragile items are despatched on a pallet to avoid breakages.

However, we appreciate that customers do not always want to spend the relevant carriage paid amount and therefore we happily accept orders under these values and offer the customer two options of chargeable transport.
The two options are as follows:

1.  Palletised – The cost being slightly higher than carton deliveries but any   damages are covered and creditable.

2.  Via the carton – The cost being slightly less than a pallet but unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of breakages as we are not in control of the handling of the cartons once they leave the warehouse in perfect condition. The amount of damages that do occur are minimal but if a customer is happy to proceed with a carton delivery then we require written confirmation/acceptance that they are happy to accept the terms of delivery.

Carriage paid deliveries will automatically go on a pallet where fragile items are included.

Please note any discount codes provided can be used on specific DF products stated at the time of promotion but code cannot be used on clearance lines.

Please note ALL clearance items are subject to a delivery charge.
Please note AM deliveries will incur a £12.50 surcharge.

Overseas, Channel Islands, Southern Ireland - orders have a minimum value of £1000. Delivery charges will be assessed individually once the order is placed.

The delivery charge for any order under £600 is £7.00 for first carton and £4.00 thereafter for each carton within mainland UK , excluding Scottish highlands and some other remote areas that will incur a small surcharge. Each order is assessed individually depending on size and delivery location. Quotes are available upon request.UK mainland orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched same day subject to stock location and availability and delivered on the next or earliest possible working day (excludes weekends).

Specified times and weekend deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.

All orders containing glassware, pottery and memorial items are normally dispatched on pallets because of their fragile nature.

However these items can be delivered in cartons at the customers own risk.
