How much do I need to spend?

The minimum online order value is £100 and we are a trade only business. The minimum order for collection is £100. Quantities and prices are for guideline purposes only. If you wish to discuss any other options with regards to these then please feel free to contact our sales team on: 0161 832 6475/6418.

What discounts are available on bulk purchases?

We do provide discounts for bulk purchases however this is done on a quotation basis and is reliant on a number of factors. Please e-mail: sales@davidfischhoff.co.uk or speak to one of our sale advisers expressing your requirements and we will respond ASAP. Any discount code provided can only be used once this can only be used on specific DF codes stated at the time of promotion but code cannot be used on clearance lines

How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

UK Mainland is £600, Northern Ireland is £1000, Southern Ireland is £1200

How do I order?

You can email your order to sales@davidfischhoff.co.uk or by telephoning one of our sales team. Once we receive your order we will confirm stock availability and total amount payable.

What are the methods of payment?

You can pay directly into our bank account or over the telephone by Debit/Credit card .Cheque payments are accepted but the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared the bank.

Once I have placed my order when will I receive delivery?

For UK mainland (excluding the Scottish highlands) orders received before 12 noon will be delivered the following day or next possible working day. Palletized deliveries will be on a 2-5 working day service .For more information on deliveries please go to the delivery section.

If I do not want to use the online catalogue how can I view the products?

You can visit us at our showroom in Manchester (click on the showroom tab for contact details) we can advise you of your local stockist or we can arrange for one of our representatives to visit you.

If I visit the showroom can I place an order and collect the order at the same time?

Orders placed in our showroom are processed and packed ready for immediate collection.

Price Increases?
Due to the large changes in the value of the pound against the dollar since Brexit along with continual price increases to materials, unfortunately we have been left with no alternative than to increase some prices on our products, we have kept the price increase to a bare minimum by working closely with our suppliers.
